Cancellation & Refund Policy
CJ’s Collections believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within Same day of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been shipped.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within Same Day of receipt of the products.
Steps to be followed: -
1. Please check the product within 24 hours of delivery receipt. Keep original packaging of products.
2. Make opening video of the parcel in such a way that the product is fully visible.
3. In case of any defect noticed, please zoom the camera to indicate the defect.
4. Inform us immediately by sending the opening video of product in the email: support@cjscollections.shop and/or WhatsApp @ +91 7033456655.
5. After confirmation from us, initiate return for exchange.
6. Once product is received and checked by us, a confirmation will be sent for acceptance and exchange of products, subject to availability.
7. The tracking details status of product will be provided once dispatched.
8. We are unable to issue an exchange without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
The product color may vary due to camera and screen resolution. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service by email: support@cjscollections.shop / WhatsApp @ +91 9152442023, within Same Day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of any Refunds approved by the CJ’s Collections, it'll take 7-15 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer and .
